1. Sautee onions

2. Soak 2 slices bread & weetabix in milk

3. Finely chop green bell pepper

4. Add ground ostrich meat and sauté

5. Sauté until well browned

6. Combine curry mixture with ostrich

7. Combine curry mixture with ostrich

8. Beat eggs and milk for custard

9. Pour over meat mixture and bake for 45 degrees
